OpenBox Roofing is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager who is ready to grow into a leadership role within our production team. This is an opportunity for someone with construction experience to step into project management and learn how to run projects the right way-focused on organization, communication, and a high standard of customer experience.

We are a systems-driven company focused on raising the standard in the roofing industry, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We are building a structured, high-performing production team and need someone who can support project execution while developing into a fully accountable Project Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Managing residential exterior projects from material ordering to final walkthrough
  • Manage jobsites to ensure quality and progress 
  • Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal team members 
  • Coordinate materials and job readiness 
  • Ensure projects stay on track 
  • Help maintain organized inventory and job documentation 
  • Step in to solve problems and keep projects moving 
  • Maintain material control, change orders and returns

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • $55,000 – $70,000 + performance bonuses
